History

Assisted History (Tab)

Note

To enable the Assisted (Tab) for the History section, ensure either the Running OR Completed section is active.

• To enable the Running (Section) under the History (Assisted) tab, either grant the 'Read Instane' permission for the 'Process Definition' resource, (OR) grant the 'Read' permission for the 'Process Instance' resource.
• To enable the Completed (Section) under the History (Assisted) tab, grant the 'Read History' permission for either the 'Process Definition' (OR) 'Process Instance' resource.

Manage Variables

Note

To enable the Manage Variables in the Assisted section, ensure either the Edit OR Delete button is active.

• To enable the Edit (button) for the Manage Variable (section), grant the 'Update' permission for the 'Process Instance' resource, (AND) grant the 'Update Instance' permission for the 'Process Definition' resource.
• To enable the Delete (button) for the Manage Variable (section), grant the 'Update' permission for the 'Process Instance' resource, (AND) grant the 'Update Instance' (AND) 'Delete History' permission for the 'Process Definition' resource.
