To enable the Assisted Tasks (Tab), grant the 'Read' permission for the 'Filter' resource.

Create Instance

To enable the Create New Instance (Button) in the assisted tasks screen, grant the 'Read' (AND) 'Create Instance' permissions for the 'Process Definition' resource.

Remember

You need to have both the 'Create Instance' (AND) 'Read' permissions in the authorization rule.

Manage Filters

To enable the Manage Filters (Icon) on the assisted tasks screen, either the 'Edit' (OR) 'Delete' feature for the filters must be enabled.

Now, to enable the Edit feature, grant the 'Update' permission, and to enable the Delete feature, grant the 'Delete' permission for the 'Filter' resource.

Claim, Unclaim, & Reassign

A) To enable all three Claim, Unclaim, (AND) Reassign features of the assisted tasks, either grant the 'Update' permission for the 'Task' resource, (OR) grant the 'Update Task' permission for the 'Process Definition' resource.

B) To enable the Claim (AND) Unclaim features of the assisted tasks together, grant the 'Task Work' permission for either the 'Task' (OR) 'Process Definition' resource.

Delete

To enable the Delete feature for the assisted tasks, grant the 'Delete' permission for the 'Process Instance' resource.

Note

The Delete (Icon) becomes visible after a task is selected. (Important: However, only the task owner has the authorization to delete the task.)

Details

To enable the Details (Tab) in the assisted task's forms screen, grant the 'All' permission for both the 'User' (AND) 'Group' resources.

To view the Details Tab, you require both the User (AND) Group resources with the All permission.

Solo Tasks (Tab)

To enable the Solo Tasks (Tab), grant the 'Read' permission for the 'Solo Session' resource.
